CodeRush Jump to (Navigation) menu reorganization

Starting with the next minor update v2011 vol2.8, the “Jump to” CodeRush navigation menu is reorganized. Before, there was too much noise with the bunch of rarely-used navigation providers:
Now, all rarely used structure navigation providers are moved into their own sub menu called Structure:
Any ideas for further improvements are welcome!
